This song is not about being unhappy with someone’s behavior, it’s about wanting to be with someone because of the fact that life is being especially difficult. It’s about wanting to spend your time with the people you love most. Because if shit’s gonna go down, better to be with the ones who matter.

The worse thing I could wish for you is a stress free life where you don’t grow and never learn to truly value life or to empathize with the hardship of others. The best I can wish for is that you have someone to hold when things inevitably get tough.
